Arch supports are specially designed foot devices that are worn inside the shoe.
Our arch supports are biomechanically designed to properly position the bones, ligaments, muscles and tendons of the foot and correctly support all four of its arches.
Proper positioning is important because when the body is positioned correctly, it can operate more efficiently, reducing pain and fatigue in many cases and enhancing athletic performance as well.

A custom made device, while helpful for certain conditions, will not train your feet to support your body’s full weight on its arches, as it should. These devices begin with an impression of your foot that is created from a scan, a box of foam you step in, or a plaster cast.
Eighty percent of foot related problems can he helped by a properly fit prefabricated arch support such as ours Our arch supports can be a more cost effective alternative for many people.

Arch supports from a drug or department store are often designed to fit more than one arch size or even worse, more than one shoe size. That means that they will generally have little or no support for the metatarsal arch. It is critical that the metatarsal support be positioned in the right place.
When it is positioned correctly, the metatarsal support will lessen forefoot pressure and align the body.
This will in turn help the body to work more efficiently.
You will never see one of our products sized for “Men 8-10.” Our sizes are spaced less than half a shoe size to insure you a perfect fit and optimal performance.

You don't need special shoes to wear our arch supports but you do need good fitting shoes whether you wear our arch supports are not. Our supports will fit in most shoes but keep in mind that shoe manufacturers develop their own models (known as lasts) to manufacture shoes.
Consequently, there are no standard shoe sizes. If you are used to wearing a size 9 in a particular shoe, you might need a 9 1/2 or an 8 1/2 in a similar style by another manufacturer; you might also wear a larger or wider shoe in winter than in summer, to accommodate heavier socks or stockings.
We strongly encourage our users to bring their arch supports with them whenever trying on new shoes.

If you're experiencing foot pain, it likely didn’t begin yesterday. In the same way, if you just started wearing our arch supports, you can expect that it will take some time to get used to them.
How much time depends a lot on the individual and it's not a race so there is no "right" amount of time for your feet to accommodate the arch supports.
Many types of foot pain can be relieved almost immediately after putting on the arch supports, especially heel, metatarsal and forefoot pain.
The issues associated with over-pronation and collapsed arches can take a little longer.
The most important thing you can do is follow the wearing instructions you will receive with your arch support.

The arch supports can be expected to provide years of use and require virtually no maintenance.
Because they're made of polymers very similar to those used in athletic footwear, you should avoid leaving them in extremely hot locations like radiators, the dashboard of your car and so on.
Also, dogs tend to love them but they make better supports than chew toys so you should keep them where your pup cannot get to them. Good dog.
You can wash your arch supports with warm soapy water using a gentle detergent and brush to make them look as good as new.
Well, they'll look better at least.
No, really, maintenance is easy!
